Who is in?

The tournament is not going to start because 9 players were needed and only 5 players registered. Then if the 5 players agree we can create another tournament and as soon as the 5 of us enrol it will start.

5 is uneven so i will not play. Lessons start again and since i am giving them i need to prepare them. So goodluck with you four!

Why can't we start this one, even if incomplete ?

Although, parity may not be an issue, it depends on the way the tournament is organized, it seems to me, looking at the website, that every player meet all other players.
Even if it is a swiss, one player would have a bye each turn, but this is not problematic.
