Say you have a pgn with gorgeous annotations. Nobody but the most obsessed chess maniacs will read them if you just post the text of your game. Those of us that are lazy prefer to read over a game with an actual board there. This is easy with Chessflash.

Embed a chess flash player in your post with the following steps:

1. Go to your Profile (link is at tope of this page) and under Preferences make sure to set 'Always allow BBCode' and 'Always allow HTML' to 'Yes.' You should only have to do this once for your account.
2. Go to http://chessflash.com/chessflash.html and paste your pgn file in the empty field at the top of the chessflash page. You might need to tweak some of the variables to make it fit in your post.
3. Preview your game at Chessflash (step three at chessflash).
4. Copy the html code from Chessflash (their step four) and paste it into your post here.
5. Before clicking 'send' to publish your post, go to the Options panel at the bottom left of the page on which you are writing the post: make sure you unclick 'Disable html in this post' and 'Disable BBCode in this post.' You should only have to do this once.

Once you do the above once, you should be able to post games by simply following steps 2 through 4.

You might have to restart your browser once before they show. There is a display testing ground thread where you can try out different things.
