hellow I am new here !
I wanna buy this pack of lessons (12 mounths) I click Buy then I entered on 2checkout.com I put all my info but I got an error :-->
Our supplier cannot currently offer these products to you based on your current location of ( Romania ).
what I have to do ?
Why Romanians people are not allowed?

I don't know, the forum is not affiliated to ICS itself.
The best way is to email them and ask this question, you are the first one that seem to get this issue, so we have no idea why it is forbidden. I know the authors are romanian people, maybe there is a special procedure for other romanian people or maybe it is simply some kind of local law that prevent the purchase.
Anyway, the best way to know is to ask them.

after I buy with 2checkout ( I give the 39 $ ) I get e-mail with the lessons ? Or how I will get the lessons?

You receive an email after 1 to 3 days with login information.
With this login you can connect to the ICS website and you have a personnal page where all your courses are available for browse and download. And Each month a new course is unlocked.
