I stopped doing the program personally after three months, but am thinking of starting up again just for fun. I have all 13 months now, so would read through the material really fast (like in two weeks) and then slowly. Ideally. Probably not in reality. But ideally that's what I'll do.

No I never really recovered. Also, other things are more important now like a new baby, among other things

Ahhh... congratulations! My son is now 5 almost 6. Don't worry, you will be able to make a return to chess once things 'settle down' a little.

She is just over two weeks, very sleep deprived!

Our son didn't let us sleep (for more than 2-3 hours) until he was 18 months old! Lil' bugger ^^

Well congratulations on your first! You'll get some decent sleep before you know it... and before you know it she'll be off to school. Enjoy every step along the way mate.

Hey BDK, I know... I am late! A huge CONGRATULATIONS goes out to you and your spouse! I tell you, kids are the craziest thing that has happened in my life. I am loving it! I was a little fried with no sleep for a month or three!
