Introducing myself
This forum seems like a great idea to discuss the ICS experience.
I've been playing chess seriously for about a year. ICS looked interesting and I thought I would give it a try. I'm now almost done with month 2.
I mostly play on the internet (chess.com to be exact) and my internet rating is around 1900. Obviously the internet rating is inflated by 400-500 points at least!
My goal is to become a stronger player by the end of ICS and then will see what's next. Maybe some OTB tournaments.

Welcome fanat, you are officially the first person to join the forum!
My internet rating (ICC slow games) is around 1500, about 450 points higher than my USCF rating.

Thank you.
This looks like a very nice and well organized forum. I am sure more people will join but it will take time.

Re: Introducing myself
A late welcome to this forum!
Why only by then end? Why not during the course itself?
Did you set a target rating, a rating you wish to have or to closeby when you finished this course? Or is any rating higher then 1900 ok?
