How to Study Chess on Your Own
I took a look through Davorin Kuljasevic's book. It is advanced, but for anyone that has made progress with the ICS Grandmaster Course it is within reach.
The author, a Grandmaster, demonstrates a path for anyone prepared to be brutally honest that wants to advance. It ain't easy. Honestly, I doubt there is one in a million that can do what he suggests, but it is worth a read even if you don't have that kind on drive, it covers a number of topics and gives resources that are not addressed in the Grandmaster Course.
