It tooks long time to achieve (well i suscribed this forum for a while now), and this is the first time i'm pleased with how a game went on. This game has not much tacticals, it's all about improving my position little by little, not searching the blast.
Frankly, white's play (1800 elo) is normal, there are small innaccuracies but no major blunder.

For example i could have focused on 5... Nxe4 or even on 14...Nxd5, but since tactically enjoyable, it was not in my plan of developpement and i just didn't considered the moves further.
Instead, i tried to apply basic principles and surprisingly it worked. I say surprisingly because till now i never had a game so quiet that finished in such imbalanced position.

Just wonder why, it took me soooo long to figure out how to play such games Shocked

Here is another quiet game.

I sure have played some more tactical games these days, but i'm also please to get more grasp on strategical play.

In this game, my choices may not be all strong, but i just played according to my plan and it's rewarding when this is working so well against a 1900 player. It was almost an ICS scholar lesson.

You may have seen a ghost at move 3.

There's nothing wrong with 3...h6 putting the question to the bishop. After 4. Bh4 Qb3, 5. Rb1 Bf5 you have transposed into the ICS Repertoire, your light bishop is very active, and development is much easier.

Ok, thanks for the tip.
I don't know what ICS repertoire is, did not went with the opening module, so i do my opening moves by "feeling" (and change them when i loose too much with some line, ah, ah), but i always welcome new suggestions :-)
