ICS home pg update

Post by LostTactic on March 14th 2011, 12:32 pm

Just in case anyone cares they've updated the home pg a bit, organised the reviews into: beginners, intermediates and advanced as well (some of them are interesting to read).

Pretty sure he's referring to the reviews (look for reviews 1 | reviews 2 | reviews 3) on the site.

Oh right.

No true beginner should do this course. That would be absolutely insane.

They would obv need to know how to move pieces and understand algebraic notations, however I think it might be beneficial to learn from this stage because you would be learning the right way from the start. Avoiding all the bad habits players can pick up if left to their own devices.

I agree with BDK; a rank beginner would be totally lost in this course and it would be a waste of money to do it.

Unless they are truly gifted of course.
