Does anyone remember this? It's as crazy as I remember it. But for some reason I continue to enjoy it. Surprised

I haven't done any of this yet, but I am eager to get started with it. I somehow doubt any words on a page are going to help me have an "internal board"... but I am very hopeful at the same time!
