For those who have taken the board visualisation tecnique course seriously you should be able to work out my next move in this game I played tonight without a board.

My opponent was 1815 rated. To those who (like me) cheated at this part of the course then it may be a bit trickier.

1 d4 e6 2 c4 Nf6 3 Nc3 d5 4 Bf4 b6 5 cxd5 Nxd5 6 Nxd5 Qxd5 7 Bxc7 ... What did I play?

Please don't post answer and ruin it for others!

Rem : there is a spoiler function on the forum, you can use it to post a hidden answer, but visible for those who have already answered and want to compare their response.

Type (without the spaces of course) :
[ spoiler ] my response [ / spoiler ]

I think i'm in the pool of those who do not put total dedication to this lesson... :-/
Anyway here is my answer, it took me about 20 minutes to answer.
I write it while thinking, so you get my ideas in real time, and i did not use any help (no empty board, no paper, or things like that).

I did it over the board, far more easy while seeing :-)

Spoiler:

Blindfold is very hard.

thanks for doing this. Although it is a relatively simple example, I think it gives us an insight as to how much we visualise ang how good we are at visualising the whole board after a complex calculation. It is this second part that I am especially weak at. If we believe the theory of the course then months 10-13 will hopefully help
