No promises but I also hated the immediate f4.It was called Grand Prix attack when I played Sicilian. I struggled at first but later found the immediate 2...d5 led to quite boring pseudo centre counter games rather than Sicilians. Often white tried too hard to inject life into the game. If he does then black I found to be OK.

Don't know if much theory required there was not much when I played it.. After the exchange and 4.Nc3 Qd8 is fine.

5.
My feeling on the Sicilian is that when light bishop went to Bb5 then playing a6 is good for black because if bishop retreats to queenside it is trapped, and if it goes to kingside, it treats only h7 which is not so easy to capture.
And if the bishop is exchanged vs the knight the doubled c pawns are not so weak and b2 becomes an easy target.

On the contrary Bd7 as you played, is weakening the center since in Sicillian d pawn is very important, and you block the defense by the queen.

6.
I prefer to castle kingside too so f6 definitely makes it void. I see that you want to attack with both rooks, but n this case i usually push h pawn very far with some success.
But c4 is maybe better ensuring you great space advantage on queenside and preparing Bc5+ eventually.

12.
I would not try to defend here, but play directly Nxf4, grabbing the isolated pawn, opening 'g' file and possibly allow tempo for long castling (if dxc5 for example). But if Bxf4, Qxf4, Rxe6, Kd7, you are still in good shape on the kingside, bringing the other rook into action while a1 rook is poor !

Anyway, you will do this sequence later, but in worst conditions.

14.
well, since both rooks are activated while a1 rook still stucked in its corner, you should better think about king safety and retreat in Kc8 for example, it cost you only 1 pawn, i would go for that.
even if the pawn takes you knight, you open the 'h' file for your rook, not bad at all.
again, you can afford to loose some material for a better position, since a1 rook is completely out of play.

16. Ke7? you ask for danger, and inactivate you dark bishop, Kc8 or Kc7 would be better, but anyway, is it too late, the continuation is quite straigtforward for white now.

So to resume :

- king safety first.
- a6 pawn to chase the bishop
- Bc5+ idea
- if h or g file open prematurely then think that for sure a1 rook is out of play, while you can maybe bring both your rooks into action
- when a piece (like your Ng6 knight and e6 pawn) is attacked look if you can sacrifice it or capture opponent hanging pieces first, rather than move this piece or defend it.

Thank you both for the analysis, it was really helpful, expecially the idea of sacrifycing the Ng6, I just hadn't noticed that his rook a1 was out of play.

Here is a completely different idea with Sicilian i've tried today (i'm black in this game).

What is noticeable in this game, is that it is only decided with white pawns play in the center, all other moves seems natural for white, but move after move it appears that white as no solution at all, so the game ends quickly.

I'll try to reproduce this game with some other players to see what happen.

Excellent play. Despite being Najdorf - nothing complicated just simple chess. Fantastic. I have not analysed in Fritz or anything but the simplicity of 26...Ra8 is wonderful.
